To schedule an appointment call 877-877-9730. The online scheduler will be available again next tax season. We offer 3 types of tax appointments: 1) In Office: Book your appointment, bring in your paperwork, in most cases leave with a copy of your electronically filed tax return, wait for your tax refund to get direct deposited into your checking account. Please review "The Most Commonly Forgotten Items" and bring the "Deduction list" that applies most to you in with you to your appointment. 2) Fax & Phone: Book your appointment, Fax in your paperwork, take your appointment from home or work. We will email you your copy and your tax refund will be direct deposited into your checking account. Please review "The Most Commonly Forgotten Items" for all items needed and fax them in with the "Deduction list" that applies most to you and the "Cover Sheet" in with your paperwork. 4) Mail in Return: Mail in copies of all of your paperwork, we will call you with your final numbers or any questions we may have, tell you what you are getting back, email you your copy and your tax refund will be direct deposited into your checking account. Mail COPIES ONLY of all of your paperwork to to the below address including the following: "The Most Commonly Forgotten Items". "Deduction List". "Mail in Cover Sheet". Please drop us an email and let us know that your paperwork is on its way! Pricing and Payment: Payment for services are required during the initial tax appointment not "when it is filed" unless previous arrangements are made. You may not have brought all of the forms reqired to complete your taxes that day and those forms may be sent in later. Pricing varies depending upon the work involved in preparing the tax return. Most short forms start at $100 and Long Forms start at $250+ depending on the tax return. There are exceptions. Please note: We do not offer rapid refunds nor can we take payment out of the refund when it comes in. If you change your mind and decide to go somewhere else to file your taxes, no refunds will be given.
